Neodymium magnets are a member of the Rare Earth magnet family and are the most powerful permanent magnets in the world. Neodymium magnets’ popularity has grown rapidly due to their high Maximum Energy Product and their wide range of available shapes, sizes, and grades.
Neodymium magnets can be manufactured by sintering, compression bonding.

The Neodymium magnet is easy corrosive, so its surface is usually treated with some special methods. Nickel is the most common and usually preferred to protect the magnet from corrosion. Our Nickel plated magnets are actually tripled plated with layers of nickel, copper, and nickel again. This triple coating makes our magnets much more durable than the more common single nickel plated magnets. Some other options for coating are Zinc, Tin, Silver, Gold plating, Phosphor and Spray Epoxy Resin
