* High accuracy calibrated Gaussmeters, Fluxmeters, and some other necessary measuring tools are used for appropriated parts.
Physical and Magnetic Tolerance:
In the absence of clear instruction on magnetic and physical tolerances, we use Magnetic Material Producers Association (MMPA) Standard Specification for Permanent Magnet Material as a guideline.

This kind of NdFeB arc magnets have many applications in motors. The highest grades still have N52, N48M, N44H, N42SH, N38UH and N35EH etc. And a serious of strict tests will be made before shipment such as salt spray test, coating thickness test, temperature and wet test ,specification test and surface test etc. All goods are shipped to customer with Test report and Curve Chart Report in order to guarantee the right quality of magnets.
