Round Magnetic Bars – Magnetic Bar Tubes separator is used for separating ferrous contaminants from free flowing material, which are good choice of bar separator you can find in China.  Magnetic Filter Bar provides a solution for removing ferrous chips, fines, nuts, bolts, parts, damaging tramp iron. High effective permanent magnetic filter bar can be installed at any point in solid, powder or liquid material flows to catch and separate very fine ferrous particles. It was used for purity from free flowing materials such as carbon black, drugs and chemicals, cosmetics, plastics, grains, spices, sugar, honey, salt.

Round Magnetic Bars Construction:
magnetic bars (magnetic filter tubes) are constructed by strong permanent magnets with stainless steel shell. SS shell can be chosen from SS304, SS316 and SS316L. Either round or square shaped bars are available for customers’ requirements for special applications.

Round Magnetic Tubes Size:
Our standard magnetic bar is 25 mm (1 inch) in diameter and any length per customers’ request up to 2500mm. Actually, diameter of round magnetic bar can be 10 mm smallest and largest to 101.6 mm .

Compare round magnetic bars with max magnetic force 13000gs Their Max magnetic strength can up to 11000Gs, Permanent Magnets can be sourced from NdFeb,SMCo,Ferite Magnets. 304 and 316L stainless steel tube available. Custom made available.

In general, Squre magnet tubes always used into sepcail situation. such as many suqure tube can make into special conveyor magnetic separators to remove fine metal ferrous.

Magnetic Filter Bars – Stainless steel tubes containing a number of Rare Earth magnets (11000 Guass) arranged length wise to create a strong magnetic field along the side of the tube to attract and retain ferrous material on the side.
They are fully welded and feature M8 tapped threads at each end, allowing for easy attachment and removal.
Tubes are the ideal magnets for removing contamination from dry particulates, liquids and slurries as they are immensely strong and can easily be removed to clear away contamination.

Magnetic Rods Feature:

2.Condition: Well polished.
3.For round magnetic bar, the following diameters can be choiced by you: D15,D16,D17.2,D19,
D20,D22,D23.5,D25,D30,D32,D38,D40,D45,D50,D63MM ect.The length range from 3” to 60”.
Square magnetic bar can be provided as per the customer’s requirements.
4.The out tube is made by SS304 or SS316. The inside magnet is Ceramic or Rare Earth Magnet as
per the customer’s requirements on the magnetic force. The customers can build or modify their
own magnetic separation equipment with individual magnetic bar.
5.Magnetic strength from 3000 to 12500 gauss. For normal magnetic bar equipped with Ceramic
magnets which could give typical peak value of more than 3000 gauss on the surfaces, and the
maximum working temperature can reach 150°C.

Rod Filter Magnets

Rod Filter Magnets Feature:

Our filter rod magnets are used in a variety of industries including food, plastics and chemical processing to collect and remove magnetic particles during the processing or manufacturing process. The substance being manufactured is usually passed through a grid of filter magnets which attract any magnetic particles to their surface. These magnets have a large Gauss value because of their length and depth of field and generate very high levels of magnetism despite their relatively small surface pole area. These magnets come with a safe-handling warning; because they are so powerful they can be dangerous if not handled carefully.

13,000 Gs Magnetic bar filter

Magnetic filter by Hangseng Magnetech consists of permanent neodymium magnet rods being contained stainless tubes and stainless steel frame, generally the neodymium magnet rods is diameter 25mm, and the tube and frame materil is 304 or 316 stainless steel, which there is good corrosion resistance,these materials are long life, no energy, no pollution.

2) The magnetic bar usually made of seamless 304 stainless steel tubes or 316 stainless steel tubes, which can be fine polished and full welded to meet food grade or pharmacy application.
3) The max working temperature of standard magnetic filters is 80℃, meanwhile we can offer up to the extreme high working temperature 350℃ to meet your special applications.
4) Various ends-nail head, thread hole, double screw bolt and other kind ends are also available.
5) Produced with different grades of rare earth magnets, the magnetic filters are with different magnetic strength, which can meet the different requirements of different customers, the highest magnetic strength of Diameter 25mm magnetic tubes can reach up to 13,000 Gs (1.3T).
